As an Associate at Prophet Equity, Mr. Sauer is responsible for supporting the team across multiple disciplines, including financial modeling, strategic screening, customer research, business analysis, value creation planning and implementation activities. He focuses on critical market and industry level research, financial analysis, and other analysis to support the evaluation of new portfolio companies and implementation of high value operational initiatives. Mr. Sauer is a member of the Office of Change Management of Cummings Resources, FDF Energy Services, and Keywell Metals.

Prior to joining Prophet Equity, Mr. Sauer was a Management Consultant with Alvarez & Marsal. While at Alvarez & Marsal, he worked within the Energy, M&A and Corporate Transformation groups focusing on sell-side transaction advisory, acquisition support, business transformation and operational efficiency improvement.

Mr. Sauer graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S in Finance.
